Alarmic is a mobile alarm application that allows users to wake up to music from millions of tracks. The App provides alarm scheduling, music selection, preview features, and customizable snooze settings.
The App offers basic alarm functionality free of charge with certain limitations.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Alarmic integrates with iTunes Search API to provide music selection. The availability of specific songs depends on the iTunes library and may vary by region. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific track.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have access to process refunds directly.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alarmic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Alarmic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

The App may contain links to third-party services (iTunes Search API, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
